Our modular's are built in a climate controlled environment. This means that materials used in your home are never exposed to the environment. Our modular home is 85% complete when it is delivered to your job site. This will have you living in your new home in a more timely manner than site built homes. Materials used in your home are of top quality and your home will be very energy efficient. Please view the homes and plans below keeping in mind that we can customize any home to your preference.

Our two-level Custom Cape Cod Homes are built with a 12/12 roof pitch to allow you the maximum space in the upper level. We have many dormer and window options to choose from. The upper level comes to your site with the upstairs un-finished. We can finish it according to your specifications or you may prefer to do it yourself. Elevation Ranch |
| Our elevation ranch homes come in 4 sections. This allows you to gain the maximum in square footage of up to 3500 sq. ft. on one level. This also gives you a more custom exterior appearance and allows the perfect areas for porches and garages to be added. | Our ranch single level homes are our most popular home. These homes have many options, such as 9/12 roof pitches or 9 foot sidewalls which will make your home one of a kind. Two Story |
| Our custom 2-story homes are built as four completed sections. These homes have some awesome open foyers and beautiful designs.
